Support Emerging Evaluators and Invest in Systems Change
LEEAD Program Sponsorship Opportunities
These sponsorships help reduce financial barriers and expand access to professional development for evaluators whose lived experiences and identities have been historically and systemically excluded from full participation in the field.

Program Sponsor – $350,000
Shape the future of culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE)
By becoming a Program Sponsor of the Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD) Program, your organization will be recognized as a key partner in shaping the future of the CREE. Program Sponsor(s) help build a thriving pathway for CREE evaluators. In recognition of your generous support, sponsorship benefits include:

- Sponsor recognition at national LEEAD gatherings
- Sponsor impact report noting the outcome of your organization’s contribution

Scholar Sponsor – $20,000
Champion the growth of a future CREE leader
Support one Scholar’s full journey — from onboarding through their practicum and culminating experience. This sponsorship helps expand access to professional development opportunities that have historically been less accessible to evaluators whose lived experiences and racial and ethnic identities have been systemically marginalized. By supporting Scholars’ engagement in this program, the sponsorship helps disrupt patterns of exclusion and fosters a more equitable and inclusive evaluation field.
Your Impact Includes:
- One (1) invite to in-person events (travel/lodging not included)
- Promotional feature in an ETB newsletter and blog
- Logo placement on LEEAD Program materials
- Up to 5 CREE Learning Series registrations for your organization
Practicum Sponsor – $6,000–$12,000*
Build access to CREE opportunities and partnerships
Support connection between a Scholar and a values-aligned organization that may be constrained on resources and capacity. Practicum sponsors uplift a grantee or evaluation firm by hosting a LEEAD Scholar, helping to center CREE in action. This sponsorship provides direct funding to the host organization to cover the Scholar’s consulting fee for the practicum project.
*This amount represents a range of support that a funder would pay directly to a small to medium evaluation firm/grantee, to serve as a “Practicum Site (PS)”. The amount will be used to pay the Scholar and is directly negotiated between the LEEAD Scholar and Practicum Site to help smaller organizations, grantees, and evaluation practices provide this valuable practicum experience to LEEAD Scholars.
Your Impact Includes:
- Promotional feature in an ETB newsletter and blog
- Logo placement on LEEAD Program materials
- Up to 2 CREE Learning Series registrations for your organization
Event Sponsor – up to $60,000
Celebrate the milestones of equity in action
Sponsor the LEEAD Symposium or Culmination Ceremony. These in-person events mark the beginning and completion of the LEEAD journey.
Your Impact Includes:
- Logo placement in event promotional materials
- Opportunity to deliver remarks during the sponsored event
- Promotional feature in an ETB newsletter and blog
- Up to three (3) invites to the event (travel/lodging not included)
- Up to 5 CREE Learning Series registrations for your organization
