Opportunity Description

Delaware Department of Health and Social Services seeks an external evaluator to support its cancer control programming. The work will focus on evaluating cancer prevention and control initiatives, including activities related to screening, early detection, treatment access, and survivorship.

The selected evaluator will support the design and implementation of evaluation activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to assess program performance and outcomes. The work will help ensure alignment with state and federal cancer control priorities, strengthen program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to inform planning, reporting, and continuous improvement across Delaware’s cancer programs.
