Opportunity Description

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Wells/Robertson House program, a transitional housing and recovery support program serving individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and substance use disorders. The evaluation will examine approximately five years of program operations and outcomes, including participant sobriety, employment, housing stability, health and well being, and other indicators of successful recovery. The consultant will also assess the program’s case management approach, staffing structure, services, policies, facility design, and overall effectiveness. Findings will be used to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for the program’s future direction.
