Opportunity Description

The Tennessee Higher Education Commission seeks a consultant or firm to provide a data management system and external evaluation services for its GEAR UP TN grant initiative. The selected partner will implement a data system designed specifically for GEAR UP programs, supporting performance monitoring, federal reporting, and longitudinal evaluation. In addition, the evaluator will refine and carry out the evaluation plan, conduct both formative and summative studies, including an embedded dual enrollment study, and provide training to school-based staff on data use.
