Opportunity Description

Breathe Pennsylvania seeks an external evaluation partner to support evaluation across select programs, including the School Asthma Initiative, Smokeless Saturday, the Adult Lung Education Program, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and the Tuberculosis Annual Conference. Breathe PA delivers asthma education, tobacco and nicotine prevention, and adult lung health initiatives, and prioritizes evaluation to strengthen program quality, accountability, and continuous learning. The engagement will focus on aligning program goals and benchmarks, strengthening data collection and management systems, analyzing outcomes, and producing clear, user-friendly reports and visual summaries to inform decision-making, funder reporting, and long-term organizational growth.
