Opportunity Description

The New Hampshire Department of Energy is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Evaluation, Monitoring, and Verification (EM&V) expertise in support of the state’s energy efficiency programs. The consultant will advise the Department on evaluation scope, methods, scheduling, and standardization and help ensure evaluation findings inform ongoing program improvement. Responsibilities include participating in EM&V working groups, reviewing and providing feedback on evaluation studies, supporting updates to the Technical Resource Manual, helping develop recommended EM&V studies, advising on evaluation policies and planning, recommending independent evaluators and vendors, monitoring evaluation contracts, and strengthening the Department’s internal EM&V capacity.
