Opportunity Description

The Hawaii State Department of Education seeks qualified firms to provide external formative and summative evaluation services in support of federally funded education initiatives during the 2026–2027 fiscal year. These evaluations are required to ensure federal grant compliance and will be conducted annually across the duration of awarded projects.

Selected firms will be placed on a qualified list and engaged as evaluation needs arise, with work focused on assessing program implementation and outcomes, supporting accountability requirements, and ensuring high-quality evaluation aligned with federal standards.
