Opportunity Description

Islamic Relief USA (IRUSA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct comprehensive financial audits and monitoring and evaluation assessments of selected grant-funded projects. These efforts aim to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable impact across IRUSA’s portfolio, which includes health, education, and economic empowerment initiatives delivered by partners in Africa, Europe, and Asia. The selected firms will evaluate the financial integrity and programmatic performance of projects implemented through IRUSA’s global network. Proposals should demonstrate expertise in auditing and evaluation within international development contexts.
