Opportunity Description

Special Olympics North America seeks an external evaluation partner to conduct a multi-year impact study of its new Inclusive Youth Leadership (IYL) Learning Journey. The IYL Learning Journey is a comprehensive leadership development initiative designed to build six core skills, openness, empathy, bravery, accountability, collaboration, and innovation, among youth with and without intellectual disabilities. Implemented nationwide through schools participating in Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools programming, the evaluation will assess whether the Learning Journey strengthens the targeted leadership skills and examine its added impact beyond existing inclusive youth leadership efforts.
