Opportunity Description

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Disability and Aging is seeking an independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the state’s implementation and use of interRAI assessment instruments for individuals receiving developmental disability services. The evaluation will examine assessment processes and workflows, administration, scoring and interpretation, data collection and use, quality assurance, and the administrative structures supporting participants and staff. The selected consultant will analyze current and historical assessment data for reliability, validity, consistency, integrity, trends, and outcomes and engage stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, and observations. The work will result in recommendations for improving assessment processes, methodologies, algorithms, and implementation.
