Opportunity Description
Hawaii Public Utilities Commission seeks an evaluation partner to support the evaluation, measurement, and verification of Hawaii’s Pay for Performance energy programs. The work will focus on assessing program performance, validating energy savings and outcomes, and supporting data-driven decision-making related to energy efficiency and grid modernization initiatives.
The selected partner will conduct independent evaluation and verification activities, analyze program data and impacts, and provide reporting and recommendations to support accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across Hawaii’s energy performance programs.
