Regional Tourism Organization Four Inc. invites qualified firms with expertise in data collection, event evaluation, and visitor analytics to submit proposals to research and outline methodologies for estimating the number of attendees at non-ticketed events, festivals, and agri-tourism operations, and to educate and train festivals and events staff in these methodologies.
