Opportunity Description
Sedgwick County and the City of Wichita are seeking a firm to provide monitoring and evaluation services for initiatives funded through opioid settlement resources, as recommended by the Wichita-Sedgwick County Addiction Intervention Coalition. The selected partner will be responsible for financial monitoring, performance evaluation, compliance with the Kansas Municipalities Fight Addiction Fund (MFAF) guidelines, and conducting periodic studies to identify gaps in addiction services. The scope also includes supporting the development of measurable goals and evaluation strategies to guide future funding decisions.
