Opportunity Description

Future Link seeks an experienced consultant to design and implement an organizational evaluation framework that supports its commitment to data-informed strategy, improved equity, and continuous learning. The consultant will work closely with Future Link’s leadership, staff, and partners to strengthen the organization’s data systems, facilitate organizational learning, and align measurement practices with Future Link’s mission to close the opportunity gap for underrepresented young adults in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Ideal consultants will have experience with nonprofit evaluation, a demonstrated commitment to equity, and the ability to serve as a thought partner in organizational learning and strategy.
