Funding Opportunity
Program Evaluation Services for the Local Community Benefits Fund
Funding Application Due Date: 08/07/26
Opportunity Description
Bay Area Air Quality Management District seeks an evaluation partner to support the Local Community Benefits Fund, which distributes enforcement-related funding to community-driven projects in areas disproportionately impacted by air pollution and environmental inequities. The initiative supports projects in Benicia, Richmond, and surrounding communities that advance environmental justice and improve community health outcomes.
The selected partner will provide technical assistance to help grantees develop logic models, define outcomes, and strengthen data collection and performance measurement systems, while also leading long-term output tracking, analysis, and program evaluation. The work will focus on measuring community outcomes, building grantee evaluation capacity, and generating evidence to inform continuous improvement and the long-term impact of the Local Community Benefits Fund.
