Funding Application Due Date: 01/19/26
Opportunity Description
Girl Effect is an international non-profit that builds media that girls want, trust, and need. From chatbots to chat shows and TV dramas to tech, their content helps adolescent girls in Africa and Asia make choices and changes in their lives. Girl Effect invites proposals from individual consultants to pre‑qualify for its Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning consultant roster. The Evidence and Insights department seeks a diverse pool of qualified MERL professionals who can be called on for future evaluation, research, and learning work across multiple countries (including Kenya, India, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania). Consultants selected for the roster may be asked to design and conduct evaluations (baseline, midline, endline, RCTs, quasi‑experimental designs), develop monitoring systems and frameworks, undertake research and literature reviews, and facilitate learning and adaptive management for Girl Effect’s programs.
Proposals are due January 19, 2026
