Opportunity Description

The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund invites proposals to conduct an external evaluation of CA RISE 2.0, a statewide initiative designed to support employment social enterprises that create jobs and career pathways for people facing significant barriers to employment. The selected evaluator will assess the implementation, outcomes, and early impacts of CA RISE 2.0, with a focus on how capacity-building investments support enterprise growth, workforce outcomes, and organizational sustainability. Findings from the evaluation will be used to strengthen program design, inform continuous learning, and contribute to the broader evidence base on effective workforce and economic inclusion strategies.
