Opportunity Description
Roberts Enterprise Development Fund is seeking proposals for an evaluation focused on understanding the long-term outcomes of individuals who employment social enterprises formerly employed. The evaluation will examine how participation in employment social enterprises contributes to sustained employment, economic stability, and overall well-being after individuals exit transitional jobs. The work will generate evidence to inform workforce development practice, strengthen employment social enterprise models, and deepen the field’s understanding of what supports long-term success for people facing barriers to employment.
