Opportunity Description

Counterpart International seeks a firm to conduct a baseline evaluation study for the USDA Food for Progress LIFT project in Kenya. The selected contractor will establish baseline values for key performance indicators, validate the project’s results framework and theory of change, analyze market and policy conditions in Kenya’s livestock feed sector, and generate actionable evidence to support monitoring and performance tracking for this five‑year initiative.
