Funding Application Due Date: 09/08/25

Opportunity Description

The Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation is inviting proposals for the Prevention Services Evaluation Partnerships: Supporting Adoptive Families funding opportunity. This initiative will support randomized controlled trials or quasi-experimental evaluations of programs designed to assist adoptive families at risk of disruption or dissolution that could lead to foster care placements. The evaluation will focus on mental health, substance abuse prevention and treatment, in-home parent skill-based services, or kinship navigator programs. Partnerships between researchers, Title IV-E agencies, and community organizations experienced in working with adopted, foster, or kinship care children are central to this effort.

Proposals are due September 8, 2025
