Opportunity Description

The West Virginia Community Development Hub is seeking an external evaluation and learning partner to support the Community Resilience Collaborative, a multi-state initiative serving 18 Appalachian communities recovering from economic disruption and natural disasters. The evaluator will refine the evaluation framework, design and analyze surveys, assess changes in civic infrastructure, examine program outcomes using mixed methods, and support continuous learning among implementation partners. Experience with participatory evaluation, community development, rural communities, civic engagement, social capital, or disaster resilience is preferred.
