Opportunity Description

Austin, Texas is working to improve how its housing programs support residents’ financial mobility and long-term stability. As part of this effort, the City will partner with FUSE to host a yearlong Executive Fellowship focused on evaluating housing initiatives, developing performance metrics, and exploring sustainable financing models for renters and first-time homebuyers. The Fellow will conduct stakeholder interviews, coordinate with researchers at the University of Texas, and analyze program data to inform a citywide strategy. The goal is to align housing investments with economic mobility outcomes and ensure more residents benefit from Austin’s growth.
