The Rockwood Leadership Institute’s Art of Leadership experience brings together a multi-racial, multi-generational group of leaders working across a range of issues to explore six leadership practices that support lifelong growth. Rooted in an analysis of power, including race, gender, and class, the program equips progressive leaders who seek to enrich, enliven, and evolve social justice movements. Participants engage through live facilitation, personal reflection, solo reading, and small group dialogue. Grounded in Rockwood’s theory of transformation, this program strengthens leadership in service of more effective, sustainable, and humane lives and organizations.
