Opportunity Description

This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of public private partnerships and how they can be used to address complex development and public service challenges. Drawing on real-world examples, the course explores why governments and other actors engage in partnerships with the private sector, the different forms these partnerships can take, and the conditions under which they are most effective. Participants will examine key issues such as partnership design, roles and responsibilities, risk allocation, financing arrangements, and governance. The course emphasizes practical insights to help participants better understand how public private partnerships can be planned, managed, and evaluated to achieve sustainable and equitable outcomes.
