Opportunity Description
The City of Austin is working to expand access to stable, affordable housing and improve economic mobility for residents. Through a partnership with FUSE, the Austin Housing Department is seeking an Executive Fellow to develop data-driven strategies to evaluate program effectiveness, strengthen housing initiatives, and explore innovative financing models that support long-term financial opportunity, especially for low- and moderate-income households. Over the course of the year, the Fellow will conduct a comprehensive analysis of current housing programs, align them with broader mobility goals, and create tools to evaluate their impact. The Fellow will also explore sustainable financing strategies, such as revolving loan funds, and collaborate with community stakeholders and researchers at the University of Texas at Austin.
