Position Description

The Department of Health Systems and Population Health Sciences at the University of Houston’s Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine is seeking a faculty member with expertise in dissemination and implementation research. This position includes a joint appointment within the Humana Integrated Health System Sciences Institute. The successful candidate will engage in collaborative research across the Institute, Department, College, and University, and will contribute to teaching medical students and mentoring faculty or trainees as appropriate. We welcome applicants with experience in dissemination and implementation frameworks and related areas such as practice redesign, shared decision-making, digital health, community engagement, pragmatic research methods, practice-based research, primary care delivery, or accelerating evidence into practice.
