Position Description

CTData Collaborative seeks a motivated, mid-career evaluator to conduct mixed-methods evaluations of multi-year projects. The Program Evaluation Specialist will coordinate with an external nonprofit program team to develop appropriate data collection tools, create standardized data collection and entry processes, and collect, process, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders to inform future implementation efforts at the system and provider levels. They will also focus on building evaluation capacity among the program team so they can implement the long-term data collection processes within their organization.
