Position Description

The Institute for Public Health Innovation (IPHI) is currently recruiting for a Senior Evaluation Manager to manage, coordinate, and support organizational and programmatic evaluation, monitoring and research, as well as further growth and development of research and evaluation services. The Senior Evaluation Manager will oversee the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative evaluation activities to support organizational growth and program development. This role will involve developing data collection strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and co-producing research with community stakeholders. The position will guide quality improvement processes, build organizational capacity through training and workshops, and support the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
