Position Description

Success Measures at NeighborWorks America seeks a Senior Manager, Success Measures Evaluation to manage and implement participatory evaluation consulting and technical assistance projects for nonprofit and philanthropic clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing place-based evaluation and related technical assistance projects in the housing, community development, and other social sector fields, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Responsibilities include building nonprofit evaluation capacity, ensuring effective communication of evaluation results, overseeing project budgets, and contributing to a creative and collaborative team environment.
