Opportunity Description
The Rhode Island Food Policy Council seeks proposals for an external program evaluator to assess the impact and effectiveness of the From Food Waste to Opportunity: A Path toward Climate, Environmental, and Economic Justice in Rhode Island project, funded by the EPA Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grant. This initiative focuses on reducing food waste and advancing environmental justice in historically disadvantaged communities across Rhode Island. The evaluator will develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan, incorporating workshops, structured meetings, webinars, and focus groups to assess project outcomes.
