Opportunity Description

The African Guarantee Fund is seeking proposals for an evaluator to design and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning framework for its Financial Resilience through Institutional Strengthening and Expansion (FinRISE) Program. This three-year pilot initiative aims to enhance financial access and resilience for Micro and Small Enterprises by strengthening Financial Technology Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Savings and Credit Cooperatives. The selected Learning Partner will play a central role in guiding the program’s learning agenda and supporting impact measurement efforts.

Proposals are due by February 28, 2025.
