Opportunity Description

The Alliance for Education is seeking proposals from experienced consultants or consulting firms to guide a comprehensive strategic planning process aimed at shaping the organization’s growth and impact over the next five years. The selected consultant will develop a strategic plan that aligns with Seattle Public Schools’ strategic planning and the City of Seattle’s Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP) Levy. Expertise in anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as knowledge of non-profit management and the Seattle educational and philanthropic landscape, is essential. The process will involve collaboration with staff, board members, and key stakeholders, requiring some in-person meetings.
