Opportunity Description

The Redwood is seeking a qualified evaluator or evaluation team to conduct a comprehensive process evaluation of its iDetermine.ca platform and chat line. Launched in May 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, iDetermine.ca provides survivors of abuse with interactive tools, comprehensive information, and a 24/7 live chat and text support service staffed by caseworkers, counselors, and trained volunteers. This evaluation will assess the program’s functioning, administration, and reach to ensure its effectiveness in supporting women and children facing abuse, homelessness, and poverty. Proposals should demonstrate expertise in program evaluation, digital service assessment, and trauma-informed approaches.
