Opportunity Description

Unitaid seeks proposals from an experienced consultancy firm to review and enhance its scalability approach. The scope includes three key components. Validation will assess Unitaid’s current scalability approach, focusing on challenges and opportunities outlined in the 2024 Scalability Concept Note, and ensure the archetypes accurately reflect Unitaid’s investment portfolio. The firm will also develop a refined Scalability Approach, including an update to the Scalability Framework. Benchmarking will compare Unitaid’s approach to that of similar organizations, focusing on how successful interventions transition to scale-up partners like governments and global health actors, with insights drawn from both health and non-health sectors. Deep Dives will provide strategic and operational recommendations on priority areas identified in the concept note, offering multiple approaches aligned with varying levels of ambition and resourcing.
