Opportunity Description

The Data and Learning Fellowship offers an emerging professional a unique opportunity to make meaningful contributions to Michigan philanthropy and the larger philanthropic community. The Data and Learning Fellow will support the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation (RCWJRF), a grantmaking organization dedicated to sustained investment in the quality of life of the people of Southeast Michigan and Western New York, with their learning, evaluation, and reporting activities.

The Data and Learning Fellow will work closely with RCWJRF’s Learning and Communications team to promote organizational learning, strategic insight, and data-informed decision-making. While technical data expertise is not the primary focus, the ideal candidate will have a keen interest in using data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to drive community impact. The role will balance collaborative engagement with independent projects, providing opportunities to connect with a dynamic philanthropic community. This activity will represent 90% of their time.
